Data Mesh: Kicking Off a Mentality Change in an Organisation

Implementing the technical and architectural aspects of the Data Mesh Framework is relatively easy with the right people and tools; however, causing an organization-wide cultural disruption that sticks in a company without much resistance is the most challenging part. In this talk, I would like to share the challenges, possible solutions, and outcomes of creating a data culture, engaging people, and changing the mindset of non-data professionals to become a data-driven organization.
